Music Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital media, no refunds can be given for digital music once it has been successfully downloaded and the purchase is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for Music and/or BluePoints may only be cancelled and the purchase refunded if a technical issue prevents completion of the music download process and the BlueChowder customer service team is unable to resolve the problem.  Users are required to confirm the successful download of their music within 7 days of purchasing Music and/or BluePoints. 

In situations where a refund is due, refunds will be issued within 72 hours and will post to your credit card account based on your banks refund processing timeframe.
